We are looking forward to our 12th Annual Partnership Conference, November 14-15, 2008. We will be hosting you at the same hotel, only it has officially been sold to Hilton. It is the former Mariott, located at One South Broadway in Downtown St. Louis, MO.
Enclosed you will find the following:
Supplier Registration Form: Complete this as best you can at this point in time. You will have an opportunity later to modify attendees, number of rooms, etc.
Participation Agreement: This document reflects the terms of your participation in Partnership Conference 2008. Please complete Page 3.
Preliminary Schedule: This document is intended to give you a basic itinerary so that you may plan accordingly. The earliest you will be allowed in the ballroom to set up is Friday morning. All published times are subject to modification, and you will receive a detailed itinerary upon arrival and check-in at the UMMA Registration booth in the hotel lobby.

Don't forget ….Once you have made the appropriate calculations on the Supplier Registration, prepare a check for the Total Balance before August 1, 2008.
